Responding to the Prime Minister, Nadhim Zahawi MP - who recently visited the region - pointed to reports that ISIL have been issuing their own passports and visas to foreign fighters. Nadhim recommended that any British fighter who pledges their allegiance to ISIL and receives a new passport should have their British passport withdrawn immediately.

The Prime Minister congratulated Nadhim on his work in strengthening UK-Kurdish relations and said he had listened very carefully to this proposal.
